**Full Job Description**
We are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle the opening, closing, and arrangement of the office.
- Welcoming any guests/clients.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
- Handling Property advertisement portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubbizle).
- Assist Agents by prepare contracts and related documents for each property sale/rent.
- Monitoring and updating the inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
- Create and maintain spread sheets in Excel and reporting to the CEO.
- Compose, edit, and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
- Calling Landlords, checking availability, arranging viewings
- Answering Inquiries, assisting clients
- Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately and provides general office and operational support.
- Arranging Events.
- Ordering office stationery and supplies.
- Submit expense reports.
- Keep employees’ records.
- Organize, store and print company document as needed.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and scanning machines
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, Adobe Acrobat, PDFetc.)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- excellent skill with MS office especially Excel, outlook
- Presentable, friendly, and polite.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (required)
**Experience**:
- real estate admin: 1 year (required)
License/Certification:
- CRM and trakheesi training (preferred)
