Key Responsibilities: Oversee the overall operations and management of the nursery. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the nursery. Manage the admissions process, including enrollment and registration. Supervise and support nursery staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and licensing requirements. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children. Monitor curriculum implementation and educational programs. Collaborate with parents to address concerns and provide updates on their child's progress. Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and external agencies. - ** Curriculum Development**: Design, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive, play-based curriculum that supports the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children aged 3-5 years. Ensure the curriculum aligns with international standards and best practices in early childhood education.
- ** Educational Innovation**: Integrate the latest educational research, theories, and technologies into the curriculum. Foster an environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in young learners.
- ** Assessment and Reporting**: Implement effective assessment methods to monitor and report on children’s progress. Use assessment data to inform teaching strategies and individualized learning plans.
- ** Daily Operations**: Oversee the daily operations of the pre-school, including scheduling, staff assignments, classroom management, and resource allocation. Ensure that the pre-school runs smoothly and efficiently.
- ** Health and Safety**: Develop, implement, and regularly review policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment for children and staff. Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.
