Role**:Sales and Customer Support Executive Supervisor**
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, providing information about products or services, and driving sales through effective communication and problem-solving You will be working closely with your direct manager to set and achieve performance targets, with a focus on meeting and exceeding the defined objectives.
**Requirements**:
- with working experience in UAE
- Knowledge in Domestic Worker Services
- Working experience to lead and supervise small team
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with attentive listening
- Ability to uphold professionalism consistently
- Capacity to adapt to various personality types
- Previous experience as sales in Tadbeer is a plus
**Benefits**:
- Salary: 3,000 AED - 3,500 AED + Commission
- Medical Insurance
- Annual leave per year (30 days)
- Repatriation Ticket (home country and as per UAE Labor Law)
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
