Sales & Marketing Executive

Dubai, United Arab Emirates PHANTOM PROTECTION CAR CARE CENTER (HUPER OPTIK) Full time

A dynamic and confident salesperson who is a team player with great communication skills and selling skills to drive sales of Phantom Protection Car Care Center, and act as an intermediary between the company and clients.

**Tasks**:

- Proactively approach to the Car Showrooms to bring B2B business and B2C business.
- Having knowledge of Car Care Industry like Paint Protection Film, Window Tinting, Interior/Exterior Detailing, Interior/Exterior Ceramic Coatings etc
- Creates a plan for gaining and retaining customers.
- Persists in generating sales even in the face of failure.
- Client support and post-sales customer care.
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Answers questions/requests from clients.
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales executives through various resources.
- Research client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
- Creates a plan for gaining and retaining customers.
- Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market.

**Additional Skills**:

- Arabic language would be ideal.
- Experience in Car Care Industry to bring Business from Car Showrooms and Retailers.

**Essentials**:

- Familiar with and knowledgeable about professional channel sales environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills in English.
- Arabic Speaking would be a advantage.
- **Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in Sales.**:

- Ability to work and thrive under pressure.
- **UAE Driving License with own car.**:

- **Willing to drive within UAE for meetings, events and sales calls.**:

- Self-motivated, able to find creative ways to make sales and deals with customers.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Commission, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
