We are seeking a talented and dedicated Receptionist & Schedule Desk professional to join our team with 0-2 years of experience. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting first impression for our clients, visitors, and employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinating with the engineering department
- Schedule job for the engineers.
- Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry and filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience (0-2) in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
