Brand Manager - Oncology, Middle East

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of campaigns and initiatives for the oncology product line across the designated region.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans, aligning with Servier’s overall business objectives.
- Monitor product performance constantly and drive necessary actions in close collaboration with the Sales, Access, and Medical teams.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with scientific societies and Therapy Area Experts (TAEs) to leverage advocacy and support patient care across the region.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members and other stakeholders to provide rapid, actionable insights to optimize customer experience and drive growth.
- Manage and control the promotional budget to ensure optimal profitability within budget limits and deliver enhanced sustainable growth.
- Understand dynamic reimbursement and access structures and contribute to creating solutions for patient access in close collaboration with medical and access teams.
- Lead the gathering, processing, and analysis of competitor intelligence in the relevant market and formulate Servier’s response to ensure a consistent competitive edge, data-driven decisions and leverage digital tools to ensure an omnichannel experience.

**Accountability & Deliverables**:

- Achieve full delivery of the annual brand plan objectives with maximum operational excellence.
- Create unique, quick, and agile customer experiences to enhance product loyalty.
- Work with sales and account managers to understand barriers encountered on the ground and create enablers that accelerate product performance according to expectations.
- Monitor dashboards on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, review, and make recommendations on the KPI/measurement framework for the product to ensure patient access through useful and timely insights that are actionable and drive the business with the cross-functional teams.
- Contribute actively to the process to the product forecast process, ensuring that available market insights, aspiration of market share to be captured are positively challenging the product performance.
- Ensure effective adherence and implementation of governance processes and policies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., medicine or pharmacy).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in marketing/product management. At least 2 years oncology experience is a must. Diverse therapeutic area experience is preferred.
- Proven success in crafting high-impact customer experience plans that align with local market needs using omni-channel marketing to meet customer requirements.
- Established strong and collaborative relationships with therapy area experts across the Middle East, particularly in KSA & UAE.
- Ability to manage relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key institutions, professional associations, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders. Experience with access structures and public-sector stakeholders and inclusion processes is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to build and lead a brand team without direct authority, consisting of cross-functional team members.
- Proven track record of success within the company.
- Resilient, proactive, and persistent, able to meet deadlines and be effective under pressure.
- High commitment to ethical, values-based management.
- Experience in launch excellence and managing blockbuster products.
- Capacity to travel 50% of the working time.
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
