Join Greenhouse Foodstuff as a **Regional Brand Manager** for our Bakery & Pastry brands. **Strategic Planning**
- Lead the strategic planning for Bakery & Pastry brands, utilizing consumer insights and market data.
- Enhance the product portfolio and develop effective communication strategies to increase consumer engagement and brand visibility.
**Performance Monitoring and Analysis**
- Monitor and track brand performance against business goals, such as market share, profitability, and consumer awareness.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
**Marketing Plan Implementation**
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing plans.
- Ensure the timely and on-budget execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with the brand's objectives.
**Communication Material Development**
- Coordinate the creation of communication materials, including catalogs, websites, packaging, and promotional displays.
- Ensure all materials are consistent with brand positioning and adhere to brand guidelines.
**Supplier and Distributor Relationships**
- Manage relationships with suppliers and distributors, both domestically and internationally, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve brand goals.
- Travel as needed to foster strong partnerships and support business development initiatives.
**Presentations and Training**
- Deliver presentations on product knowledge, new product launches, and marketing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Educate teams and partners on brand objectives and business strategies to align efforts and promote brand success.
**Performance Specification and Pricing**
- Analyse pricing strategies and profitability to optimize market positioning and sales growth.
**Meeting Coordination and Reporting**
- Organize regular meetings to discuss brand performance, marketing activities, and results with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on brand performance and key metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
**Promotion Planning and Budget Management**
- Develop and update promotional plans in collaboration with senior management.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
**Marketing Campaign Oversight**
- Oversee the production and distribution of advertising materials across various platforms.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns comply with brand guidelines and industry regulations.
**Inventory Management**
- Proactively manage stock levels for Bakery & Pastry products, ensuring availability without overstocking.
- Work with the supply chain team to coordinate order preparation and shipping schedules to meet demand.
**Sales and Customer Relationship Management**
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure product availability and meet sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, executing pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales growth.
- **Qualifications**_
- Previous experience in Brand Management
- food distribution or the bakery and pastry industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, supplier negotiations, and strategic planning.
- Proactive, results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience with product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand development.
- Preferably experience working with international suppliers and managing cross-functional teams.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in French or another second language is a plus.
