**Position Overview**:As a Car Brand Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand image and sales performance of a specific car brand within the company's portfolio. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior management to define the brand's long-term vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Identify target customer segments and tailor brand strategies to effectively reach and engage them.
**Marketing Campaigns and Promotion**:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and meet performance targets.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling and innovative marketing materials, including advertisements, videos, and digital content.
- Manage digital and traditional advertising initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
**Product Launches and Positioning**:
- Collaborate with product development teams to define product positioning, features, and benefits that resonate with the target audience.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating with various departments such as sales, marketing, and public relations.
**Market Analysis and Competitive Research**:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct market research to gather insights and data to inform strategic decisions and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market data to identify gaps and areas for improvement in the brand's positioning and product offerings.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

**Budget Management**:

**Brand Performance Measurement**:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and overall brand performance.
- Regularly analyze KPIs and provide insights to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
**Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers, and partners, to enhance brand visibility and collaboration opportunities.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience of 7 - 8 years in brand management, marketing, or related roles within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive decisions.
