Secretary/admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
Tracking, ordering, and receiving office supplies.
Good in customer service calls & handling all clients inquiries.
Inquires and requests and daily administration work.
Manage calendars of management team & company events.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
2 yrs experience in the same field
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
