Experience with computer ticketing and reservation systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Customer-service oriented and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Reservations Ticketing Agent. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will be responsible for managing flight, hotel, and car reservations and ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved promptly. The agent will also work with clients to plan their travel itineraries and provide up-to-date information on changes or delays.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
