**Position Overview**:
As an E-commerce Operational Manager for a fashion brand specializing in footwear and bags in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of the brand's e-commerce operations. You will play a crucial role in driving online sales, improving customer experience, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the brand's online platform. This position requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape in the UAE.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. E-commerce Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand's goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and technologies to drive online sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between e-commerce and other business functions.

2. Website Management:

- Oversee the overall management of the brand's e-commerce website, ensuring its functionality, usability, and performance.
- Continuously monitor and improve the website's user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
- Coordinate with the web development team to implement website enhancements and bug fixes.

3. Product Management:

- Work closely with the product team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate the uploading and removal of products on the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor product performance, sales, and customer feedback to optimize the product assortment.

4. Order Fulfillment and Logistics:

- Manage the order fulfillment process, including order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
- Implement and monitor systems to minimize shipping errors and customer complaints.

5. Customer Service:

- Oversee the customer service team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
- Establish and maintain customer service standards and guidelines.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and address customer satisfaction issues.

6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Track and analyze key e-commerce metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and customer behavior.
- Generate regular reports and present insights to management, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

7. Team Management and Collaboration:

- Lead and motivate a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting cross-functional collaboration with marketing, IT, and other departments.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to e-commerce operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7 years) in e-commerce operations management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and order management systems (OMS) and Shopify.
- Familiarity with the United Arab Emirates' e-commerce market, consumer behavior, and legal requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, and social media, is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
