E-commerce Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall strategy and development of the products offered on the e-commerce platform. And will be responsible to identify new products to introduce, determine pricing strategies, and oversee the entire product lifecycle.
- Responsible for curating and arranging products on the website to maximize sales and customer engagement and will be responsible which products to feature prominently, create product collections, and manage the overall product presentation.
- **Responsible to **handle stock levels, availability, and restocking of products. You will work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that new items are available for purchase and are properly managed in terms of stock.
- **You will work closely with backend team to ensure that **tests for the new product listings appear correctly on the website and that all links, buttons, and features associated with the new products function as intended.
- You will be responsible for collaborating with vendors to introduce their products on the e-commerce marketplace.

Roles for an E-commerce Manager
- **Strategic Planning**: Developing and executing the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes setting sales targets, identifying target markets, and determining pricing and promotion strategies.
- **Website Management**: Overseeing the e-commerce website's design, functionality, and user experience to ensure it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
- **Product Management**: Selecting and managing the product assortment, working closely with suppliers and vendors, overseeing inventory levels, and making decisions on which products to add, promote, or discontinue.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Continuously analyzing website analytics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the conversion rate and overall customer experience.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This may involve implementing customer support systems and processes.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
- **Payment and Security**: Ensuring secure payment gateways, data protection, and compliance with relevant industry regulations (such as GDPR or PCI DSS) to build trust with customers.
- **Supply Chain and Logistics**: Coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners to manage inventory levels, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns efficiently.
- **Team Management**: Leading and managing a team of professionals involved in various aspects of e-commerce, including marketing, design, customer support, and logistics.
- **Partnerships and Collaboration**: Identifying and establishing partnerships with relevant industry influencers, affiliates, or complementary businesses to expand the e-commerce brand's reach.
- **Market Research**: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- **Budgeting and Financial Management**: Developing and managing the e-commerce budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective strategies are in place.
- **Liaison with Other Departments**: Collaborating with other departments within the organization, such as IT, finance, and sales, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- **Innovation and Experimentation**: Staying open to trying new strategies, technologies, and tools to keep the e-commerce business competitive and adaptive to changing market dynamics.

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 per month
