**E-Commerce Manager**

Find your next role with Adecco We are currently recruiting for a Structural Designer Manager for our client, a leading company in Dubai:
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage The client online presence on various e-commerce platforms (where applicable) by targeting a high number of subscribers and followers and ensure strong functioning of the client e-commerce platforms while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Ensure maintaining track of all sales transactions that took place on the client e-commerce platforms and review and analyze reports prepared by subordinates in this regard.
- Manage the product portfolio mix to be available on the client e-commerce platforms in collaboration with the concerned functions, while taking into consideration historical data (e.g. Sales figures, best-selling items, customers’ age groups, and locations) to achieve sales targets and overall business objectives.
- Liaise with the Innovation and Brand Development function to obtain pictures/visual content for the client products, as well as the Visual Merchandising guidelines specifications.
- Provide the necessary guidance to subordinates and manage the process of uploading all pictures/visual content and information related to the products to be offered on the client e-commerce platforms, to ensure fulfillment of the same in a timely manner in accordance with the set guidelines.
- Ensure proper collaboration with the concerned functions to obtain product details (ingredients) as well as the available quantities from each product to be uploaded on the client e-commerce platforms in line with the client branding principles.
- Ensure the launch of the website while addressing and resolving any potential bugs or issues for error-free online presence in coordination with the Information Technology Unit.
- Monitor the process of receiving and processing customers’ orders to ensure all orders are pursued and dispatched to customers on time through collaborating with the concerned functions or external parties including Couriers.
- Manage customer returns, refunds, and damaged shipments in collaboration with the concerned stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize delivery speed and cost-effectiveness through the exploration of faster routes.
- Receive information related to new promotional campaigns from the Marketing and Customer Experience function including Price changes, limited-time offers, etc., and manage the execution of the same on the client e-commerce platforms.
- Raise technical issues highlighted by subordinates including system bugs, security breaches, online payments issues downtime, etc. to the Team Leader - IT and ensure the resolution of the same in a timely manner to maintain customers’ satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce, as well as competitors’ offerings on their e-commerce platforms, and provide recommendations regarding areas of improvement to the Director - Commercial.
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.

Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the same or related field.
