**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to serve as our Group CEO. You will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational leadership, and financial performance of WIG. You will lead our diverse team of professionals across multiple countries and manage a complex portfolio of brands and businesses. As a turnaround specialist, you will be tasked with driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence, while also fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic vision, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
- Lead the development and implementation of business strategies for all brands and subsidiaries.
- Oversee all operational functions, including sales, marketing, product development, supply chain, human resources, and finance.
- Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all business units.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and operational efficiencies to improve margins.
- Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within Group.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on performance and key initiatives.
- Lead negotiations and manage mergers and acquisitions that support strategic growth objectives.
- Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team, fostering talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure adherence to the highest standards of corporate governance, ethics, and social responsibility.
- Manages over 20 successful brands in various sectors, including electronics, retail, household goods, garments, and more.
- Demonstrated turnaround expertise with a successful history of driving growth and profitability in challenging environments.
- Strong understanding of consumer markets, retail operations, and international business.
- Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, product management, market research, corporate planning, and profit center management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team across multiple countries.
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and potential fluency in additional languages relevant to markets (a plus).
