**Job Title**: Contract Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue formal notices as required under contract terms, including but not limited to, notices of default, notices of claim, and notices of extension.
- Respond to contract-related letters and correspondence promptly and professionally, addressing any issues or inquiries from clients, contractors, or subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks associated with contract performance and take steps to mitigate these risks.
- Utilize knowledge of FIDIC contracts to effectively administer and manage contract terms and conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project management principles, and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in administering FIDIC contracts.
- Certification in Contract Management or Construction Management (e.g., CCM, CPCM) is preferred.
- Experience with complex and large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to draft formal notices and correspondence clearly and professionally.

**Location**: Head Office, Abu Dhabi, Reem Island

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
