**Job Title: Administrative Accountant (On-Site)**

We are looking for a detail-oriented all rounder to join our team and keep our day-to-day business running smoothly. In this role, you'll play an important part in all aspects of our business and we're looking for someone who is up to the challenge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Record and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and according to UAE tax requirements.
- Managing bills, payments and petty cash expenses to ensure accurate disbursement and reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses on a regular basis, including VAT returns and other tax related reporting.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including tracking stock movements and conducting regular audits.
- Develop and maintain an organised system for document storage, retrieval, and archiving.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Communicating with suppliers and customers to manage documents and keep orders, finances and payments up to date.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an accountant (3-4 years minimum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with the ability to interact with clients and suppliers in a professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with accounting and inventory management systems, mainly Tally ERP.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Undergraduate degree; additional accounting qualifications are required.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 per month

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
