**Regional General Manager GCC - Air Conditioning**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- To constantly monitor the market and the competition and report on threats and opportunities.
- Elaborate on customer project requirements while transferring this knowledge to the team
- Negotiate major contracts and close agreements to maximize profit. Manage customer contracts, related services and overall customer satisfaction
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Analyze and implement sales practices, costs, and outcome for effectiveness, efficiency, and improvement opportunities
- Analyze leads/opportunities conversion ratio, reasons for winning and losing contracts, develop recommendations for process/service offering improvement and present it to the management.
- Responsible for developing proposals and presenting them to the end customer with the value proposition of your solutions
- Represent the brand in major HVAC-related associations & exhibitions.
- Develop a strategic framework that enables products, service offers, and business models to scale quickly to meet each market demand
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends
- Customer Handover: Manage the handover of new customers to the sales team for the implementation of the solution

**Skills and experience**:

- General 5+ years Experience in HVAC & Decorative Split AC sales
- Preferably Fluent Arabic and English
- Experience in local market, international B2B sales & negotiations
- Determination, desire and ability to earn on Sales commission
- Excellent Presentation and training skills (Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills are necessary)
- Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
- Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders to achieve goals
- Able to navigate a global corporate organization and deal with high-pressure situations
- Developing/nurturing own contact database
- Experience in Account Management &n market research, networking and new leads generation for business development.
- Self-motivated, hard-working, team player with strong analytical skills and business acumen
