Sales and Purchase Manager

A leading trader of heavy mining and construction machines, is seeking a Sales and Purchase Manager to join our team. The manager will be responsible for sourcing and buying heavy equipment and facilitating sales to buyers in Sharjah, Jebel Ali, and other regions. This is a fieldwork-intensive position that requires travel across Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential leads for the sales or purchase of used construction equipment.
- Establish and maintain relationships with traders and suppliers in Sharjah and Jebel Ali.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of transactions with buyers and sellers.
- Coordinate logistics, including shipping and delivery arrangements.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 35 years of age.
- Fluent in Arabic speaking.
- Some experience in trucks, used heavy machinery, equipment, auto parts, car trading, or fieldwork in sales or purchase.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
