**What you’ll be doing**

In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating revenue by selling our dehydration products and services throughout the MEA region and manage customer relationships to achieve divisional and corporate goals. Proactively seeking and developing new prospects, and interacting with existing customers to achieve specified sales targets, you’ll develop relationships and troubleshoot specific issues. We’ll also expect you to present quotations, negotiate, secure sales orders and devise and hold sales presentations.

Your other responsibilities will be varied; implementing plans and goals that result in the expansion of existing product sales, driving aftermarket sales, and contributing to the selection of partners in the region. You’ll also Identify, organise and manage trade shows, exhibitions and product seminars, provide timely and accurate market information, develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that contribute to an increase in our market share.

**What you’ll need**

An engineering degree and at least 8 years’ work experience, including six years’ within sales. You’ll be proficient in selling directly to end users, OEMs and through industrial distribution channels. You’ll be a superb communicator with the ability to influence and challenge others, with first-class persuasion and negotiation skills. Always ready to use your strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, you’ll be pro-active, and target driven.

You’ll be ready to define problems, assess risks, develop recommendations for action plans, and respond to engineering related enquiries. Sound knowledge of the compressed air industry is essential, with experience of compressed air treatment or dehydration preferred. Willing to work with remote supervision from a home office, you should also be prepared to travel throughout the MEA region. Good English language skills are vital, and some knowledge of Hindu and Arabic would be an advantage.
