**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills.
- **UAE driving license.**:

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
