**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
**Front Desk & Guest Relations**:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting.
**Administrative Duties**:
- Answer and route phone calls to the relevant departments.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update office records, directories, and filing systems.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Support in the operation of the office if required.
**Office Coordination**:
- Monitor and address maintenance or facility-related issues in the office.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in administration or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office Management Tools is an advantage.
- Friendly and professional attitude.
**Work Environment**:
- Full-time position based in a professional office setting.
- Requires punctuality and a well-groomed appearance.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
