- Greet and receive visitors in professional manner and inquiries promptly dealt
- Track and follow up in/out of items related to office supplies, documents and equipment
- Supervises office cleanliness, repair and maintenance
- Perform periodic check of equipment expiry dates (fire extinguishers, first aid box, etc.)
- Monitor office pantry, stationary, cleaning and other related supplies
- Call Center support to ensure all incoming calls answered
- Updating internal databases with new hire and existing staffs information
- Timely completion of orientation / onboarding documentation
- Relieves HR Assistant, assist in nurse licensing process, and support in overall Human Resource admin and clerical works
- Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations
- Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time
- Communicates effectively to all departments, if to coordinate a work
- Accomplishes Human Resource Department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Performs general admin and clerical work as when required

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in admin/clerical works
- Experience in healthcare is plus point
- Communication skills is a must, both verbal and written
- Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office / computer skills
- Positive attitude and organizational skills
