The company currently employs over 2000 skilled production and office personnel, including designers, engineers, technicians and service engineers, and continues to increase its workforce due to continuous growth in sales and new projects. Sunreef Yachts is an unquestionable leader in designing and manufacturing luxury catamarans, representing the Polish yacht industry at numerous international nautical fairs, including Monaco, Cannes, Miami, Dubai and Fort Lauderdale.

Sunreef is opening a new office in Dubai and therefore we are looking for a talented **CRM Manager** to join our team.

**Main purpose of role**
- You’ll be responsible for building, developing, and implementing the CRM and data strategy, providing support for digital marketing actions and strategic data management through the consumer journey of Sunreef Yachts
- You will also assist the Marketing & Sales team with growing, activating and retaining of the CRM base, implementing CRM initiatives in alignment with global strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- SEM implementation and recommend website optimization
- Building of consumer journey
- Development and implementation of CRM, digital marketing and data strategies, digital marketing actions and strategic data management through the consumer journey
- Assist both Sales and Marketing with growing, activating and retaining of the CRM base, implementing CRM initiatives in alignment with Sunreef’s global strategy
- Coordination of CRM initiatives
- Working with Marketing, Sales, Sales Offices, Brokers and IT for holistic implementation data strategies
- Integrating and utilising owned and 2nd and 3rd party data to aid retargeting and remarketing
- Analysing CRM and Digital KPIs, identifying optimisations and adapting CRM initiatives for tighter strategy execution year on year
- Driving best practice, new digital, data and CRM trends, implementation across the business
- Custodian of compliance, alignment & execution of all digital marketing initiatives with data privacy laws (GDPR)

**Key Competencies**
- Traffic creation and conversion / acquisition program / attribution model
- Profiling: Audience definition and customer profiles design (data, questionnaire, interview, profile design)
- Digital budget optimisation
- Campaign management: campaign and planning management, performance management, Google ads, Facebooks/Instagram & Youtube Campaigns
- Design of consumer journey / Lifecycle program / Ecosystem / marketing triggers
- Marketing campaign & performance management / Metrics / KPIs
- Data analysis: Data mining / Web Analytics / BI techniques & tools / Consumer insights
- Data preparation and management: Big data / data scraping / data crunching / data cleansing / campaign preparation
- Ability to convince and educate the Marketing & Sales teams on digital marketing, bringing the team along your thinking
- Proven experience with GDPR: Auditing / Compliance (certification preferred)

**Qualification & Work experience**
- Marketing / business tertiary education qualification
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar): + 6 years relevant experience
- Experience with Google Analytics and Ad Words
- Experience working with IT Department
- Experience with HNWI is pre
