**Job Title**: Sales Engineer - Lifts and Elevators

**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for lift and elevator products and services within Dubai and the UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that explain our products or services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and efficient project estimations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest lift and elevator products, technologies, and industry developments.
- Attend industry-specific conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the lift and elevator industry.
- Strong technical understanding of lift and elevator systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations tailored to the client's needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driver's license.
- Fluent in English
