**Qualifications**:

- 5 years experience in a similar position overseas either with Real Estate Consultancy, Project Management Consultancy or Real Estate Developers
- HR and office management experience
- Technical knowledge in construction and design drawings is a must.
- Knowledge of industry sectors including Office, retail, residential, industrial, hospitality.
- Good people management and Client communication skills.
- Good report writing skills.
- Command of Microsoft Office programs particularly MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project.
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese.
- Good attitude, willing to provide high end standards for clients.
- High commitment and ethical conduct in business.
