**About This Job**:
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for running smooth operations of Astellas’ Dubai head office. This role is pivotal in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment, allowing the office to operate effectively and productively. Your adaptability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential to your success in this position.

**Key Activities**:
Effectively manage internal stakeholder’s schedules, calendars, business travels, and preparing meeting notes.
Facilitate support to departments in project management and MEA newsletters.
Act as a service-oriented host for internal and external visitors.
Ability to organize Internal Office events like the town hall, award functions etc.
Provide solutions to various issues related to real estate, security, IT, vendors etc.
Complying with all relevant laws and regulations of Astellas.
**Essential Knowledge & Experience**:
Previous experience in multinational company as secretarial or administrative position.
Previous experience within the UAE is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge in calendar management and administrative task.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
**Educations/Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing (Degree in account, management) or equivalent.
