**Call Center Manager**:
**Position Description**
We are seeking a proactive Call Center Manager for a full-time on-site position. As the Call Center Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead a team to optimize customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- At least 5-years call center experience
- At least 1-year experience as call center manager/supervisor
- Experience in hospital or medical center call center is an asset
- Proven experience in customer satisfaction and contact center management.
- Strong analytical prowess and adeptness in team leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Previous experience in the aesthetics industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends and developments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
