- **JOB PURPOSE**

To reach Company's sales target by generating sales from distributors and customers. Visiting them regularly, promoting full product range and spreading our products all over the market. Collecting information regarding customers, competitors, products and prices, and sharing these information to the Company in timely manner.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by proactively contacting potential customers and promoting the company's LED products and services.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support, including handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the unique benefits and value of the company's LED products and solutions.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to network with potential customers and stay informed about industry trends and new product developments.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on the latest technology developments in the LED lighting industry to maintain a competitive edge. Be updated on market information and share regularly with team members and management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts, including tracking customer data and sales performance metrics. Prepare weekly sales report as per the prescribed format (summary for the previous week, plan for the next week, information such as competitors, customers, products, process, inquiries etc., and suggestions)
- Introduce new and slow-moving products daily to the customers through WhatsApp and physically.
- Prepare and present samples and display boards to the market, maintain good quality display boards
- Follow up on timely payment collection reducing the average payment days
- Provide suggestions and feedback on products based on the customer feedback and market knowledge
- Explore new products, based on the customer’s requirement
- Create a positive mind set, invest time on self-development and improving skills.
- Attend sales training and implement to improve the processes
- Enhance product knowledge continuously
- Reduce customer complaints through improved after-sales service
- Support sales manager in any other sales-related activity for the execution of company sales strategy

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduation preferably Electrical Engineering with a certificate in Sales & Marketing

**EXPERIENCE**
- Min 2-3 years of experience in Sales in the similar industry

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal skills and analytical abilities, presentation skills
- Knowledge of Company’s products
- Patience, interpersonal relationships, ability to manage stress
- Networking skills, customer relationship

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales in similar industry: 2 years (required)
- LED lighting products: 1 year (preferred)
- Distributor Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
