**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Actively prospect and generate new leads to expand the customer base. Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs, provide product information and demonstrations, and offer customized lighting solutions to meet client requirements.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Showcase the features and benefits of MJM Lighting products and explain how they can address customer needs and improve lighting efficiency.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop sales strategies, track progress, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed sales goals.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess customer needs, and optimize sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless sales process. Provide feedback from clients to inform product improvements and marketing initiatives.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review. Provide insights on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to drive business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- UAE Driving Licence
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and demonstration abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fresher/Experienced
