Here’s a snapshot of what your responsibilities would include:

- Executing performance marketing campaigns across various channels such as Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok, and Twitter.
- Managing and optimizing campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CPI.
- Conducting ongoing A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and drive innovation.
- Developing reports to provide regular updates on campaign performance to the team and stakeholders.
- Analyzing campaign performance to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Staying up to date with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms to ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum performance.
- Working closely with the creative team and brief in design ideas and requests.

Must Have:

- E Commerce background.
- Experience in all paid social channels (Snapchat, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter).
- Experience with Adjust and Ga4.
- App Marketing experience.
- Experience with GCC market and KSA specifically.
- Arabic speaker.

Your Education / Qualification:

- Graduate Degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a high paced environment.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
