**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**: Act as a trusted liaison between the Director and internal and external stakeholders, manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain the Director's calendar effectively.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Ensure all travel plans are well-organized and aligned with the Director's preferences.
- **Meeting Management**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and appointments. Follow up on action items and maintain records of discussions.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring quick and accurate retrieval of important documents when needed.
- **Expense Management**: Track and reconcile expenses, process invoices, and maintain a detailed record of financial transactions related to the Director's activities.
- **Project Assistance**: Provide project support by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports as required by the Director.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues to represent the Director and the organization in a positive manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Prior experience in managing travel arrangements and coordinating complex schedules is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
