**Responsibilities**:

- Support the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements.
- Coordinate training and development programs by scheduling sessions, managing training materials, and maintaining training records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing employee events, recognizing achievements, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall employee experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR support role, preferably in the healthcare industry, will be an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant HR tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
