Front Office Agent

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while handling all related transactions.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities in both Russian and English.
- Handle reservations and changes using the hotel’s management software.
- Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Assist with concierge duties, including booking transportation, tours, and restaurant reservations.
- Uphold the hotel’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in computer systems and hotel management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
