We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, passionate, and motivated Sales Executive/Key Account Manager with seafood experience to join our sales team As our Sales Executive/Key Account Manager, your responsibilities will include driving our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy with a focus on generating leads, making sales calls, and meeting sales targets. Executing sales and business development activities for the retail division in the UAE market with a focus on revenue generation and excellent customer service.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Achieve growth and hit sales/profit targets based on annual sales budget approved by the Board
- Establish sales objectives unique to each product group, market segment, and sales channel as well as top 10 customers
- Determine strategies based on analysing prices and volume trends, sales mix, and resulting profits
- Execute, alongside the management team, the implementation of a business plan to expand existing offerings to the customer base
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives to capture key high-volume accounts
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities, and promotional materials, and participate in sales events
- Schedule sales appointments and activities to promote products/services to new and existing customers
- Source and develop client referrals, and close deals by means of excellent customer relationships and salesmanship
- Develop sales proposals, and make presentations of products to current and potential customers
- Negotiate with customers, prepare and present sales contracts, and secure internal credit requirements/creditworthiness
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to sustain long-term customers
- Meet with existing customers to understand their evolving needs and attempt to strengthen the quality relationship
- Continuously seek feedback, escalate client concerns to the management team, and work on increasing client satisfaction
- Follow up on collections and recovery of receivables in line with respective credit terms
- Maintain sales reports and report on forecasts to the management team

**KEY SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Extensive sales or commercial experience within the premium meats and seafood category
- Sales & Business Development experience handling retail accounts
- Self-driven, confident & passionate about food sector
- Attitude & resilience
- Results focus, particularly profit and business performance orientation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exposure to the food service and/or food retail
- Must have a UAE Driving License
- Fluent in the English language
