**Job Summary**:
As the Studio Coordinator at EYE Influence Marketing’s MPL, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination and management of studio operations. From maintaining studio cleanliness and overseeing equipment functionality to facilitating client interactions and coordinating with editors, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Studio Maintenance and Cleanliness Oversight**:

- Conduct daily, detailed inspections to ensure optimal cleanliness and adherence to safety standards in all studios.
- Perform regular equipment checks, collaborating with maintenance staff to address audio-visual devices, lighting, and accessory issues promptly.
- Develop and implement stringent protocols for efficient studio utilization, ensuring equipment readiness for each session.

**2. Client Interaction and Inquiry Handling**:

- Conduct thorough and engaging studio tours for potential clients, emphasizing key features, technological capabilities, and addressing specific client needs.
- Facilitate the booking process with clients, offering comprehensive briefings on package details, special promotional offers, and transparent rental rates.

**3. Cross-selling and Client Briefings**:

- Skilfully cross-sell supplementary services during client briefings, showcasing the full spectrum of available options.
- Provide clients with comprehensive briefings on package details, special promotional offers, and transparent rental rates.

**4. Client and Editor Coordination**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and editors, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule and book studio sessions with precision, considering client preferences, editor availability, and the utilization of available studio resources.

**5. Social Media Engagement and Online Presence**:

- Rigorously monitor social media platforms for client inquiries, responding promptly with professionalism and comprehensive information.
- Seek explicit permission from clients to repost their relevant posts and stories on MPL's social media channels, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.

**6. Inventory Management and Procurement**:

- Efficiently manage studio inventory by overseeing the procurement of supplies, conducting regular audits, and maintaining accurate records.

**7. Administrative Tasks and Documentation**:

- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of MPL staff attendance, implementing effective tracking mechanisms and addressing attendance-related concerns.
- Prepare, organize, and review necessary documents for studio usage, including contracts, waivers, and client information forms.

**8. Reporting and Data Management**:

- Generate and maintain detailed reports, including Booking sheets, Master Client sheets, Enquiry reports, Guest sheets, inventory checklists, and daily lead reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness for informed decision-making.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in studio coordination, client management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and studio operations is advantageous.
