Job Title- Studio Manager- Location- Dubai - AE (Primary)- Employment Type- Full-time Fixed Term- Job DescriptionASPECT Studios is a purpose orientated, design led landscape architecture and urban design practice. With operations across Australia, Asia and the Middle East, our studios believe in the power of design to positively change people’s behaviour and lives, the environment, and the planet.

Our Dubai team is the regional base for our Middle Eastern projects. Our office is centrally located and surrounded by other creative studios and spaces. We are a sociable and inclusive team, collaborating with ASPECT Studios across the world including our London, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, and Australian studios.

The Role

The Studio Manager will work closely with a range of local and international stakeholders to provide:

- High-level administrative support to the Regional Studio Director;
- Coordination and management of studio operations;
- Financial bookkeeping and administration; and
- Local human resources support.

You’ll play an important part in defining and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring a consistently positive experience for our people, clients, and collaborators. In this role you’ll gain valuable insight into a successful international design practice, whilst working with global support teams in Finance, Marketing and Human Resources.

This role is office based - some flexibility can be provided from time-to-time, however, this position is based in-studio 5 days per week.

About You

Strong office management experience will be critical, and an ability to interact with a diverse variety of stakeholders with confidence, authenticity, and warmth. The position requires excellent administration skills to deliver quality outcomes for the practice, our clients, and collaborators.

Although not essential, an eye for graphical design and experience using InDesign or similar software will be highly desirable.
- 6+ years’ experience in a similar role, with a focus on office operations,
- 4+ years’ experience working locally in Dubai,
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing proficiency,
- Bookkeeping experience, with an understanding of project billings and accounting,
- A basic understanding of human resources, with some exposure to local legislation,
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with people at all levels,
- Excellent written and numerical skills, and high attention to detail,
- Qualifications in administration or business (highly desirable).
