**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to maximize sales opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue from existing clients while identifying and securing new business.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Build a strong network of contacts within the industry to open new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to represent Carelabs and build relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and post-sale support.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales in the electrical or engineering sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Extroverted personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the electrical industry, including products, services, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to drive results.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
