**Job Profile & Requirements**:
Admin officer is required to monitor and supervise all daily business operation activities and report to the Managing Director. Admin officer should have excellent written & verbal communication skills and must work with speed, efficiency, without supervision and with prompt actions.
Job duties are to maintain & update records of all daily pending & proposed activities in sales, purchase, imports, deliveries & customer service. Important task is to follow up with all concerned staff to achieve daily goals from above departments.
Offer strong support to MD on all his daily existing & upcoming projects as per his guidance such as prospecting, lead generation, sourcing technical suppliers & solutions, implementing systems & processes, assisting in all business development & operational activities.
Attractive remuneration will be provided commensurate with work experience, knowledge and work efficiency.
