Position Overview:

Seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to ensure seamless office operations. Manage administrative tasks, greet visitors, oversee supplies, and support events. Maintain a welcoming environment and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk: Greet visitors, maintain a professional reception area.
  • Supplies: Monitor inventory, order supplies, track expenses.
  • Facility: Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
  • Documents: Organize files, assist in document creation.
  • Travel: Arrange accommodations, manage expenses.
  • Events: Assist in planning, coordinate logistics.
  • Employee Support: Aid in onboarding, HR tasks, workspace setup.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records, generate reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, office admin certifications a plus.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Hindi speaking is an asset.
  • 2 years in admin roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer service and multitasking abilities.
  • Discreet with confidential information.
  • Adaptable and proactive.

Salary:
AED1,500.00 per month
