**The Position**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and developing a strong pipeline of potential customers. This individual will work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and develop targeted messaging and campaigns to reach key decision-makers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and develop targeted messaging and campaigns to reach key decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads and develop a strong pipeline of potential customers.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives to drive demand and generate leads.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospects and educate them on our solutions.
- Manage and track all sales activity and leads in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote our solutions and generate leads.

**You should have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales development or inside sales in a B2B technology company.
- Proven track record of generating new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM tools.
- Familiarity with identity and KYC solutions is a plus.
