**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop sales strategies for all appropriate clients and market segments. Anticipate and identify client challenges, real and perceived, that may evolve from time to time and partner with the appropriate operations to provide solutions.
- Shape the regional eyewear sales strategy, culture, and operational plans; aligning skills and resources to achieve growth targets, maximizing profitability, and pipeline growth.
- Sets negotiation strategies and techniques to fit in with our clients commercial and ethical frameworks, ensuring negotiations are completed in a way which creates goodwill and promotes a professional image.
- Responsible for efficient and organized sales coverage within a territory sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships.
- React accordingly to meet the changing sales and marketing needs of the organization.
- Responsible for providing market feedback and participating in corporate marketing efforts.
- Coordinate multiple resources to successfully drive and close sales on new and existing accounts.
- Resolve problems with customers and sales team as they arise.
- Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, process consistency in planning, and forecasting.
- Stay abreast of customer, competitors, eyewear market and technology trends as they relate to current and future business opportunities.
- Design, implement and develop promotions, sales incentives, and annual customer programs working alongside with Marketing team.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for each sales executive.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales executive; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results.
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving
- desired goals and prepare monthly and Annual Budgets/sales growth.
- Ensure merchandising targets and objectives is set for the assigned product, achieving optimum SKU wise distribution across specified clients.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience with implementing programs for a Sales organization.
- Minimum 3+ years of Managing Sales for wholesale / distributing company particularly in **Optical field **is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales software programs.
- You have demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- You have experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team.
- You have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
- You have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

**Key Non-Negotiable Requirements**:

- Must be Physically based in UAE
- Must have a Valid Driver's License in UAE

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai Silicon Oasis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
