**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Serve as a liaison between English-speaking and Tagalog-speaking employees, clients, and vendors.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging necessary materials and logistics.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in both Tagalog and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
