We are looking to hire a **Back Office Operations Officer** who has experience with ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of back-office operations for our Client based in Dubai
- which is one of the largest property development organizations in the region. You will be responsible for handling various tasks related to customer registration, data reconciliation, communication, and supporting the operational workflow.
This position is a **permanent role.**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Register and activate new customers following established protocols and procedures.
- Handle the process of deactivating customers and managing refunds or adjustments for chiller security deposits.
- Conduct daily data reconciliation between **Property Management** (PM) and Sales software systems.
- Provide timely data confirmations to the account team before billing dates.
- Monitor and proactively follow up on unsigned Registration Forms.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader - Operations to ensure the smooth processing of operational activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation required for various functions performed.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies governing operational processes.
- Work autonomously to effectively manage operation activities.
- Undertake additional duties as needed to enhance the department's overall effectiveness.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in **Real Estate Companies**.
- Proficiency in using Windows Office Programs.
- Strong grasp of advanced business correspondence and communication techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks performed.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure in time-sensitive situations.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate well within a team environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
- Proven ability to work without supervision while delivering high-quality results.
