**Duties & Responsibilities**
1. **Data Management**: Collect, organize, and maintain daily attendance, timings, company documents, KYC etc.
2. **Data Entry**: Accurately input data into company databases and software systems, ensuring completeness and correctness of information.
3. **Database Maintenance**: Regularly update and clean databases to ensure data integrity and reliability, performing routine data quality checks and resolving any discrepancies.
4. **Report Generation**: Prepare reports, analyses, and summaries of key performance indicators, sales trends, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making by management.
5. **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the company, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
6. **Back Office Support**: Assist in back office, gold packing & cashier works ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. **Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information, such as financial data, customer records, and proprietary business information.
8. **Ad Hoc Projects**: Support current work progress and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of back-office operations.
By fulfilling these duties and responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of data management and administrative processes within the company's back-office operations.
**Other Co-related Responsibilities for Kuwait Gold and Associate Companies**:
- Staff Attendance Related Working Files with end-to-end co-ordination till finalization.
- Maintenance of Confidential credentials & data-base of all the Expiring and or Due for renewals documents for timely renewals, etc. Reminders to set with diligent follow-up.
- Staff’s Assistance Support, if required.
- Company’s related KYC Updates & Maintenance related tasks.
- Assistance to the AML teams in terms of organizing and updating the regular Working reports online & offline.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
