We’re looking for Personal secretary only Female.
**Job Description / Responsibilities**:
Answering phone calls
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Organizing and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings, seminars and/or conferences as assigned within UAE and internationally.
- Prepare agenda, reports, presentation, and correspond independently in an effective manner.
**Requirements and skills**:
- Perfect Communication skills.
- Must speak fluent English. Any other foreign languages are a plus.
- Having good knowledge and experience in accounting is a plus.
- Salary to be discussed based on qualifications and experience
- Must be able to start immediately.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
