We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Female Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research and purchasing items as per manager's instructions.
  • Obtaining quotations from suppliers and maintaining a record of pricing and suppliers' details.
  • Performing personal shopping tasks for the manager, such as purchasing gifts, office supplies, or other requested items.
  • Maintaining an efficient filing system, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assisting with documentation, including drafting letters, reports, and other business correspondence.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and managing travel itineraries.
  • Arranging meetings, appointments, and conference calls, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular office hours, as required.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in purchasing, coordinating travel, and personal shopping is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10% of the time).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred but not necessary.

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
