- Conducting market research and purchasing items as per manager's instructions.
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers and maintaining a record of pricing and suppliers' details.
- Performing personal shopping tasks for the manager, such as purchasing gifts, office supplies, or other requested items.
- Maintaining an efficient filing system, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assisting with documentation, including drafting letters, reports, and other business correspondence.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and managing travel itineraries.
- Arranging meetings, appointments, and conference calls, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular office hours, as required.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in purchasing, coordinating travel, and personal shopping is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10% of the time).
- Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred but not necessary.
Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
