Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join us as the Chairman's Personal Assistant. This role will directly support the Chairman in managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless operations within the office of the Chairman.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.

Documentation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Chairman.

Meeting Support: Attend meetings with the Chairman, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and business partners.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Project Management: Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chairman, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.

Office Management: Oversee the smooth running of the Chairman’s office, including managing supplies, equipment, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives, preferably in a corporate environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.

Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
