**Position: Administrative Manager
- Real Estate**

**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Advertising Management: Oversee advertising portals, including Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder, to ensure optimal property exposure.

Document Preparation: Prepare Tenancy Contracts, EJARI, Addendum, MOUs, and NOCs efficiently.

Client Interaction: Coordinate cold calls and client visits in collaboration with Sales Executives for leasing and property sales.

Efficient Office Operations: Execute standardized office tasks with precision to enhance overall efficiency.

Information Facilitation: Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, facilitating the exchange of information via phone or in-person.

Document Organization: Manage incoming and outgoing documents, ensuring document quality and accessibility.

Records Maintenance: Organize and maintain manager's correspondence and records, diligently following up on pending matters.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments and coordinate meetings and conferences based on manager’s availability.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports by gathering and summarizing data to keep the manager informed about departmental status and actions needed.

**Salary**: AED 3,500.00 - AED 4,500.00 per month

**Requirements**:
Location: Must be able to reliably commute to the office location.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Administration (required)
