Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Actively identify potential leads through various channels and strategies.

Tele-calling: Engage in tele calling activities to reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and introduce our services.

Meeting Arrangement: Efficiently schedule and manage meetings with prospective clients to discuss their business setup needs.

Sales Consulting: Provide expert guidance and advice on our services, including company registration, licensing, visa processing, and banking consultations.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive sales strategy and client experience.

Achieving Sales Targets: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring the delivery of quality service.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to effectively position our services.

Feedback and Reporting: Regularly provide feedback and reports on sales activities and client interactions to management.

Technology Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems effectively for client management and leverage social media platforms for lead generation and brand promotion.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and persuade clients, with an emphasis on customer service and relationship building.

Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.

Technology Savvy: Adequate knowledge of technology, including social media platforms, and capability in working on CRM systems.

Knowledge of UAE Market: Familiarity with the UAE business environment is an advantage.

Language: Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Visa Status: Having own visa is an added advantage.
