Account Manager with Sales Experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client and their needs
- Determination to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients needs and objectives
- Support with recruitment and interviewing new team members to deliver the projects
- Ability to resource the projects and build partnerships
- Develop new business with existing and new clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience of working in an agency or consultancy
- Built up experience over 2-4 years
- Proven record of delivering digital marketing projects including - SEO, Websites, Apps, Branding, Marketing Campaigns, Google Ads, Launch Campaigns, Social Media, Digital Transformation programmes
- Strong focus on delivery, and overcoming obstacles to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
- Happy to use CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferable if you have a BA/BS degree in Digital, IT, Marketing, Branding, Business or Sales and other fields related to digital marketing and digital transformation
- Proactive and fast learner
